Every athlete is unique, embodying different strengths, weaknesses, and goals. This is why we offer individualized triathlon training plans tailored specifically for you. Tamara works closely with you to develop a customized plan that conforms to your schedule, maximizes your strengths, improves your weaknesses, and optimizes your overall performance.

We will go step-by-step through the goal setting process to create an in-depth analysis of your historical training and achievements. Then, we proceed with an initial power testing component to customize your program specifically to your needs.

Training plans will correspond with your fitness level and will be tailored to your triathlon goals. Training analysis and feedback will be provided to ensure you are progressing.

We offer all levels of triathlon coaching — from Olympic distance to Ironman, half and full.
