After more than a decade of on-stage competition (five times on the National stage), promoting regional and national events, and coaching three athletes to the IFBB pro ranks, Tamara knows the ins and outs of bodybuilding.

We will analyze your current physique and discuss your goals. Objective goals are detailed with training plans specifically developed for you as an individual, transforming weak areas into focused strengths. There are no “cookie cutter” plans. Achievable goals will be established based on show scheduling and your current physique, recognizing that improvements are made in the off season.

  • Frequent communication and feedback

Standard Plan:

  • Weekly training analysis
  • Video or standard call 1x per month
  • Program changes 1x per month

  • Supplement Recommendations

Prep Plan:

  • Weekly [expanding to daily] Analysis
  • Video calls, more frequently as the show gets closer
  • Program changes 1x per month
  • Detailed Nutrition Plan
  • Supplement Recommendations
  • Daily contact during Peak Week, as well as full-time coaching from registration to trophy time
