Tamara is a life long competitive athlete. From the early age of 11, Tamara involved herself in long distance running and track. Soon thereafter she put her focus on endurance cycling and then in her early 20’s shifted focus again on competitive bodybuilding.

Tamara has added decades of experience and a myriad of credentials to her resume, including the honor of being a 5 time national athlete. Morever, Tamara is a certified specialist in sports and performance nutrition, personal trainer, strength and conditioning coach, exercise and rehab therapy coach and certified cycling coach.

Since 2006, Tamara has been coaching athletes in all sports with a large focus on endurance sports and bodybuilding. Tamara has coached 3 clients to the IFBB pro ranks.

Although retired from competitive bodybuilding in 2018, Tamara is never an athlete to not have a goal.   Tamara has been actively involved in one of her first loves of cycling since 2018. Logging roughly 1600km/1000 miles per month, Tamara races both virtually and IRL as well as leads may group training rides virtually.

  • 2016 CBBF National Physique Championships 9th Place Open Physique B, 16th Place Masters
  • 2015 BC Provincial Championships – 3rd Master’s Physique, 3rd Open Physique B
